Today is a very special Valentine's Day, because it is closing night of Murder on the Nile. I have grown so much during the course of this show. Jacqueline de Severac has proven to be one of the most challenging characters I have played in a long while. I am so glad that we had a nice long run so I could sink me teeth into her. We have been performing for SOLD OUT houses night after night. Agatha Christie really knows how to bring in an audience. Tonight two of my friends from the Shakespeare Institute (now living in California) came to see my final performance. Tanya flew in from the bay area and Red drove nearly 2 hours to share this moment with me. I am so blessed to have such supportive friends and family. I feel like I can take on the world! |
